Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for most products and a 30-day window for Nest thermostats. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Sign in to your order history on the Google Store and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Print Shipping Label

  Check your email for a prepaid shipping label and packing slip provided by our support team, then print them for your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item securely in its original box, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
